I found the hotel to be a cozy place with a quiet and private atmosphere, making for a peaceful stay. The rooms, despite needing a face lift, were located away from the main building behind the lobby and restaurant, providing all the amenities we desired. While the rooms were on the smaller side, the delightful touch of cookies added a nice welcoming feel to the stay.
The hotel had warm and comfortable rooms, ideal for a short stay on the 2nd floor. The service was friendly and efficient, with a nice gesture of late check-out. The location was convenient to restaurants and shops, although the room size was a bit small. The dining experience off-site for breakfast was a downside, despite its lovely location. Overall, a satisfactory stay with room for improvement.
The hotel is excellently located, central to all the areas we wanted to visit. The rooms were beautifully clean and fresh, spacious, and conveniently located near the pool. Although the initial check-in experience was apathetic, the service throughout the stay was extremely friendly. The dining experience was up to par but not exceptional, and the complimentary wine for my birthday was a lovely touch. The facilities offered, including dry cleaning and pet amenities, were convenient.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable with new beds, providing a great size room that was quiet and very cozy. The service was fantastic, with a welcoming staff that truly cared for the property. The location was amazing, with shopping and dining options just a short walk away. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited, and the breakfast package add-on didn't seem worthwhile. Overall, a great value for money experience.
Staying at this hotel was like finding a peaceful oasis, with very comfortable and quiet rooms that felt like a cozy motel. While there were some minor issues, the overall stay was pleasant and relaxing. The proximity to various facilities in Monterrey enhances the experience, although there were a few drawbacks to consider.
The hotel is in a secluded Spanish mission architecture setting with beautiful landscaping, although it feels a little cut off from the town center. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, even going out of their way to mail us a forgotten stuffed animal. The rooms were smaller and older than expected for the price, with only one wall adjacent to another guest room. Off-site dining options were convenient, but having breakfast available on-site would have been preferred.
